What would be a good sailing boat for a beginner?

i'd learn how sail boat! i'm in new zealand , going small tinney outboard thought more fun learn how sail properly.

in teens, spent few weekends on river thames going , down in opti, now, @ 28 , pretty hefty lump, suspect tad bit small me!

i've not done sailing since kid , have learn scratch. haven't time join boaties club cant offer kind of commitment due work etc, want can play in in bay , teach myself basics.
size me start off with, i'm 15 stone or so, big lump said. there half decent websites out there can use me brush on knot skills. watercraft isnt of issue i'm out on bay lot already, on fishing boat, sailing advice need.
