Question about Monitors?

2 inches not noticeable yes there difference.

if resolution of 1920x1080 on 25 inch screen, , 23 inch screen pixels smaller on 23 inch screen, means more ppi (pixels per inch) on 23 inch screen. drastically better when inch size of screen smaller. ex. 1920x1080 on 15inch screen sharper 1920x1080 on 23inch screen.

remember monitor different television. monitors looking @ have higher resolution 1080p monitors do( come 1920x1080 skip these , go monitor higher resolution). use 1080p marketing since consumers relate 1080p picture.

when looking new monitor there couple things want for.
refresh rate, higher better,
, contrast ratio contrast ratio @ moment 1000:1 (excluding dynamic contrast ratio, higher better)

i'm buying new monitor 1080p resolution, i'm looking @ hp monitor , 23inch says its 1080p full hd monitor ofc, saw 25inch 1080p mean picture on 25inch wont 23inch , if notice-able ?
