know girl qualified tax credit , planned buy house in @ time. , fiance/baby daddy have since split , lost house. still received check in mail. decided cash , split money, $4000 each. using money go crazy christmas. illegal , going herself in ton of trouble since using money other intended for. government come after , child's father money , expect repayment(with interest) since no home ever purchased? or money hers keep , pleases it?
