Is it possible to study Obstetrics and performing arts at the same time in one University?

live in macau, , i'm sophomore in portuguese school , guess have pretty american english , know that, since always, wanted actress/singer since should go there more possibillities in terms of getting job, guess should go obstetrics. wanted is, when go college, wanted go obstetrics , @ same time go performing arts, , preferrably want go los angeles, near hollywood. wanted know if possible. college shouldn't expensive , should one. please help!!!
