How to seo my website to be number 1 on Google?

started optimizing website month ago , 1 month later got indexed on google. far have 3 of pages on google not main page. front page indexed on yahoo , bing not other pages. submitted sitemap google , succesfully accepted , 3/15 links indexed. succesfully submited google yahoo bing , dmoz. shows on of them except dmoz. vefied google , without www. i submitted alexa , accepted. website has quality info easy humans , crawlers.

submitted many local directories , classifieds.
put keywords cleaning,janitorial,services,company,mar... ( did several keyword phrases mixing kewords.
found top 5 competitors key words cleaning services , tried use of links.
web server doesnot provide use of meta tags. put keywords in url, title, description, , pages. put keywords links other pages on website.
ive done on google webmaster tools although been month , dont know else do. put several ads on kijiji , craiglist , on google maps.
have yet write articles, make youtube videos, mention on forums , yahoo answers.
dont know anymore tips or else useful me number 1 google cleaning services?
or should wait search engines more crawling?
