What type of aviation fuel is used for Reciprocating engine aircrafts?

reciprocating engines (unless diesel) use gasoline, called "petrol" in uk...
in old days, there lot of "grades" in aviation gasolines...
80 octane - 145 octane high power engines.
nowadays - aviation gasoline (petrol) 100 octane low lead.
diesel use jet or jet a-1, plain kerosene - heating oil...

i wonder type of fuel reciprocating engine aircrafts (i.e: cessna 172, piper seneca v etc...) used. use jet a-1, jet , jet b turbine engines?
