Should I shut down my business in light of the present pilitical climate?

work 12 hours day 6 , 7 days week running small business.
financial institutions making life mizerable.

company insurance restoration of damaged properties , problem is:

1) insurance companies holding out , not paying market price
2) insurance companies not pay check directly company doing restoration repairs
3) porperty owner controls check along lender causes collection nightmare
4) insurance company puts lender on check , lender not sigh off
5) lending bank deposits check , keeps 60-90 days or longer after property has been restored

these taticts these financial companys has caused company's services increase in cost
exponentially

these banks holding money same banks company borrows keep going.
means bank making interest income (1) off money held , @ same time (2) making interest
income off money loaned company.
banks holding huge amounts of money in
bank accounts, not belong them, through end of year can show more
"year-end cash" on hand on accounting books.

meanwhile:
can't have happy christmas, because our government coddels these giant financial loosers , suffocates small businessman

should do?
