How do I become flexible, as fast as POSSIBLE!?

step 1
warm muscles 10 15 minutes of cardiovascular activity. should never stretch cold muscles. jog, cycle, swim or walk briskly prior stretching.

perform full body stretching routine. start muscles in upper body , complete shoulder, bicep, tricep, neck, chest , stretches. move lower body , perform core, glute, hip, hamstring, quad, calf, ankle , foot stretches.

hold each stretch @ least 1 minute. become more comfortable stretches, aim hold each stretch several minutes. remain steady , consistent in stretch. not bounce.

deepen stretches. on time, find able hold stretches more easily. challenge more, reach inch farther do. feel intensity of stretch increase , hold there.

breathe , evenly. people subconsciously hold breath when stretch. not want this. instead, focus on breath. imagine breathing oxygen directly muscles stretching. let breath fuel you hold stretches.

drink water. dehydration can result in muscle cramps , decreased flexibility. prior stretching, hydrate thoroughly , follow stretching session plenty of water.

try yoga class. yoga provides fabulous full body stretching routine can increase flexibility. if new yoga, opt beginner class more advanced classes can quite difficult. regular practice, see flexibility improve on time.

respect body. never stretch past point feel pain. can injure stretching, can other forms of exercise. know boundaries , not push past limits. takes time improve flexibility patient.
