Private aircraft owner, Make money?

1) cannot charter without holding part 135 air taxi operating certificate. @ minimum requires chief pilot, director of operations , director of maintenance. 1 person can hold 3 positions, if qualified so. isn't easy or quick obtain part 135 authorization/

2) these not practical aircraft flight training unless offer advanced pilot training courses. @ price need charge break doubtful compete prices offered established flight schools. single plane flight schools not profitable.

3) leasing established operator best option. known "lease back". gives flying privileges , allows earn revenue , pay of cost of ownership. don't expect profitable.

i own g36 bananza , baron 58p (hypotheticlly)

best way me make money owning either 1 of these aircraft.

example: give flight classes, lease plane, charter flights ect....
