Painting on canvas with acrylic paints?

absolutely! use liquitex gloss varnish. medium , varnish, can mix paints , use after paint dry. act extender if mix paint (meaning paint more transparent if thinned water because have mixed in medium thick base of paint retains complete strength of paint) water thins , weakens binder kind of dissolves paint.

- if want concerned glossy after varnish. if want strong transparent washes or layers on other colors -mix in paint.

addition_ there nothing in liquitex mediums cause yellowing. clear acrylic when dry.

i'm painting abstract on canvas acrylic paint , let me i'm beginner ...i want of paint strokes glossy(shiny) ....can mix paint (but nothing thin out paint or can apply , on areas of painting) after painting dry
