if plugged in usb cable before installed cd came printer then, need return printer , new one. if don't want restore computer restore point before plugging in usb cable.

connecting printer laptop computer cant find printers. turned on printer , connected computer using usb , searching printer says : no printer found , cant print work sorry bad english. pleaseee helpp
