describe work, after have stated measurements, materials made((is iron, steel, or what?) , , location: use following terms: vertical shaft made of rectangular bars of varying sizes set on pedastel stairs cut sides. @ intevals, smaller rectangular pieces set irregularly @ right form cuffs around vertical shaft @ regular intervals. effect of circlets of barbed wire.surrounding base of monument series of plaques set @ slanting angles.
