How can i connect my laptop to a network printer?

couple of way can it. either way you'll need download , install printer driver particular printer computer.

1. physically connect printer computer using cable attached mom's computer.

2. if have wireless network, , computer can access network, setup mom's printer sharing , setup computer share printer through computer, computer must on in order use it.

need more info (os type on both computers, type of printer interface , make , model of printer) in order give more details.

my moms computer has printer , have homework assignments on laptop. network secured. dont want other suggestions , how print laptop home printer.
