Help! I lost the key to the locking lug nut on my 2003 toyota rav4?

key locking nut on 2003 toyota rav4 missing. have searched last 2 hours ways off , can find says take somewhere , have removed or use 7 point socket remove it. cylindrical pattern on inside there nothing socket grip , have flat can't take anywhere. please because car sitting on side of highway until can locking lug nut off.
