can put them on - ignore has "almost" 18" wheels, there not such thing "almost" size, 18 or aren't.

real question outside diameter of tire, not wheel. taller wheel require shorter (lower profile) tire.
go tire shop web site tirerack.com or discounttire , alternate tires grand am. grand had smaller wheels on (by today's standards) tall tires.

if tires same width , rolling diameter, there no modifications.

2 din radio not fit. pontiacs of era use 1.5 din radios.

what modifications have them fit?
how modifications cost?
can 2-din radio fit in car?
