have 98 pontiac grand gt , yesterday started making whining noise whenever give gas. annoying me , dad tried easy fixes. thought power steering fluid low , put more in , still made noise, , suspects serpentin belt or something. said if not wants check vaccuum lines or something. experience have idea be, makes noise when give car gas go, , dulls down when slow down.
