1998 Subaru in storage outside in Colorado all winter. What can I expect in August?

pull spark plugs, put small (very small) amount of oil down each cylinder... re-install plugs..... let sit overnight ... replace battery.... check fluid levels.... on brake rotors , drums rust build up....

attempt start.... test brakes once shift in gear , try move it!!!!...... go slow -- put gentle pedal pressure have pads , shoes wear rust off brake rotors , drums.... fill gas tank , promptly have oil changed..... have brake mechanic obver brakes.....

i had leave subaru out in cold in colorado cold country 12 months. can expect when pick in august of 2011? should before try start car? 135,000 miles. thank you!
