Why is Europe having so many debt problems?

okay, first, not saying usa not have debt problems, because do. let's focus on talking , not saying "oh @ america".

wondering though why european countries having many debt problems. of these european countries have taxes 2-3 times higher have here in united states. have vats, higher income taxes, higher gasoline taxes, higher taxes on everything. , yet still can't seem manage money have. european countries hitting citizens more , more money. that's democrats here in usa doing.
why (and our) governments unable work funds have? many of these countries have national health services billions of euros , pounds in debt.

liberals here in united states telling way run country tax it's citizens gills. in europe, countries have overall tax rates as 80% of citizens income, can't seem manage have.

sure, gets free.... @ cost? nothing ever free, should know now.
