in today's newspaper, saw 2 advertisement on different pages ministry of power , 1 indian national congress. inc has published it's birth anniversery of former prime minister rajiv gandhi.
on 1 other page, ministry of power's has full page advert large picture of rajiv gandhi mentioning today it's birth anniversery , achievements during regime published. have given information programmes of upa government having word "rajiv" it's initial name.

advert must have published in newspaper in on india. why money of tax payers have been used on not of concern common citizen of india?
