Why doesnt my turn signals work? Pontiac Grand am 1999?

have 1999 pontiac grand se , of sudden blinkers dont work. when put turn signal on doesnt blink outside nor inside car, doesnt let other cars know when im turning , doesnt show arrow , doesnt make clicking sound in car, tryed emergency light , dont blink. doesnt nothing in car nor out car when use turn signals or emergency lights? whats wrong car? do or how fix it? (and not fuses checked them already)
