Why make martial arts videos?

obviously, part of idea of making money videos.

there's possibility can learn videos. it's more likely, though, experience in martial arts, in area video about. example, i'm pretty @ leg locks, picking few specialized videos has let me know tweak in order have better leg locks. doesn't teach me "new" make me better @ know. plus, can go gym/dojo , train real live people can trouble-shoot new stuff i've learned.

separates people can benefit such videos people can't. while believe videos , books can valuable sources of knowledge, mistake newbies make belief can learn fight studying such sources alone, , never finding real instructor or practicing moves partner on regular basis. in addition having little understanding , experience particular martial art @ hand, ability perform techniques less shaky intellectual grasp of maneuvers.

in end, sub-par instruction real person better video instruction, beginner.

if cant learn martial arts moves videos why make instructional videos teach step step? , why gracie brazilian jiu-jitsu video teaching people defend themselves. i'm asking question , appreciate helpful responses. thank you.
