What type of dinghy boat holds up the best?

hello,

in opinion aluminium boats better when dealing small water craft , robust can rigid compared there fiberglass counterparts.

fiberglass boats tend absorb shock better whereas alumium boats more likley dint in same situation.

downside fiberglass on time gelcoat break down while being exposed elements.

aluminium low maintence boat, lighter , more effeicent hull.

if boat going hit regulary, suggest , fiberglass boat more durable.

i plan purchase small dinghy style boat, , keep tied dinghy dock many other boats. can take beating other boats while tied dock. better fiber glass one, or aluminum? style of boat holds best?
