I have a 2004 subaru outback. Bought from carmax had 23000 miles I have had 1 1/2 years?

has 63,000 miles , have done nothing change oil maintenance. makes clicking sound when first starts until warms told subaru normal. has done since bought it. haven't followed maint. schedule. should have done insure have no problems? don't want neglect car money tight.
