For those who have commuted to Atlanta, GA & Chattanooga, TN - which had the least stressful traffic?

have leave atl before 3:30 pm if headed north or in traffic 90 120 minuets every day. have drive atl before 5:30 or after 10 am. or sit in traffc miles. , everyday during commute hours in atl drivers dumb there accidents on every highway stops traffic. , mean every day. everyday.
not take job in atl. go chat.you save time , money. work less avoid atl.
did answer question? if avoid hours above ok, if not screwed.

i looking @ jobs both in atlanta , in chattanooga (i pretty same distance both) , wondering, according commuters have worked in both cities, had least stressful or least crowded traffic conditions. thanks!
