Why is my dog scared of other dogs?

has had negative experience dog? not socialised puppy? these reasons why dog scared of other dogs.

need socialise him more him not scared. if have friend/relative/neighbour has dog, idea them show dog meeting other dogs can positive experience.

might benefit obedience class, dog meeting other dogs on regular basis.

he 1 1/2 yrs old. every time go out , see other dogs, runs away. help?
