Why are my two best friends so b*tchy to me and each other?

juniors in high school year. 3 became close group in 8th grade though. we've been friends long time.

love make b*tchy comments me , each other! i'm insecure , shy try stay out of it. example, yesterday 1 friend said "cute pimple" , other friend said "well have of that" , pointed friends face, referring acne. , offended , said "well have 6 cavities" , both offended , got on in second.

, other day wearing swimsuits , 1 friend said me "woah..you have big.....um......nice beautiful thighs" , 1 friend told other friend stop showing off rolls!

love make b*tchy comments!! can't stand seems love making each other feel sh*t. why this?? not offended do??
