What is a good college/university in the U.S. for dance including a strong classical ballet program?

have taken ballet since 3 , 15. doing looking colleges. see tons of colleges strong contemp/modern programs, sadly lacking in ballet department. live in georgia , alot of arts schools in north, need scholarship programs because out of state tuition kills! (ps......do not juliard)
