What is "Cone 6" clay?

if want clay that's reusable, don't want this. it's water based, have keep moist, or go through work of rehydrating , reworking clay. clay can moldy if keep moist , keep reusing it. cone 6 refers temperature clay should fired @ in kiln. cones small cone-shaped pieces people put in kilns check temperature. when cone droops instead of standing erect indicates temp. you're better off going craft store , getting oil-based modeling clay if want reusable. stuff free though, use long can until need. keep moist should keep in sealed plastic bag. if you're using on sculpture, keep sculpture moist , wrap in wet paper towel , plastic when you're not working on it.

someone's offering free clay it's white reclaimed "cone 6" clay. water based, oil based, suitable sculpture? want clay can use on , on again make models.
