Is it worth being Non-Resident in Canada for Tax purpose?

working in united arab emirates may 5 years or more. not own house in canada following conditions apply me;
- have driver's license
- medical card province
- licensed professional engineer (membership of professional engineers of ontario)
- have bank account/credit cards in canada

spouse , dependents living me , spouse not work sole earner of family.

question is: worth being non-resident in canada? if yes, advantages , disadvantages? , how declare self non-resident?
