Help auditioning for college theatre programs...?

-

i'm going major in theatre in college, of course having audition everywhere. need suggestions 2 monologues. here criteria colleges...
-combined must under 3 minutes
-they have able performed reasonably gender (i'm female btw)
-they need contrasting (in tone/emotional range)
-they must come published plays
-stay contemporary (no greek tragedy, shakespeare, moliere, etc)

whether specific monologue or play might have need appreciated. thanks!
