Amount of tax in BC, Canada? Anybody?

in bc, pay 7% pst plus 5% gst. after july 1st, tax 12% hst. tax pay same under either system.

if you're buying $100.00, tax 12% of that, or $12.00. total amount pay $112.00.

if you're using calculator, multiply sales price 1.12 price pay.

i'm going shopping , want calculate exact cost. live in bc, canada. i'll buying stuff camera case, dvd's, everyday stuff. how calculate costs , percentage of tax? =]
