Should I sell my new Mercedes Benz for a cheaper Car or keep it?

turned 21 , father who's rather wealthy surprised me brand new mercedes birthday gift, first car that's own, of course, expensive car, , i'm kinda worried possible expenses me: happening it/possible expenses, insurance, up-keep, etc..i wondering if recommend keeping or selling , getting cheaper descent , reliable car in place , putting rest of money towards medical school costs?
