Can I get my traffic ticket deferred in court tomorrow?

2 years ago cited careless driving when in first car accident. deferred when proved wreck (long story short) not caused me "failing yield," because other guy getting lane did not technically exist until after driveway pulling out of.
soo, morning cited running red light. have been driver , not gotten tickets tww years (one year , 11 months), can't deny did technically run red light. there way can ticket deferred tomorrow in court?

if so, judge?
if not, else can make ticket less signifigant on driving record, or lower fines?

also, can pay fines community service if can't lowered?
