Bruise where I got blood drawn?

1) normal bruise after having blood drawn. nurses suggest put slight pressure on point got drawn 2 minutes after.
2) people tired after having blood removed, , advised have sugar , take easy few hours.

hope helped.

i got bloodwork done today, , there's huge bruise in elbow. normal? first time getting blood drawn btw.

also, normal tired after getting blood drawn? feel exhausted.
