What does it take to be the Fine arts coordinator at a public highschool?

im senior in highschool, fine arts passion in sense, love performing, , im afraid after year arts go away, because our old f.a.c. (fine arts coordinator) died, , no 1 apparently planning take take position, except me, don't have clue need in order this.

i've taken part of choir/guitar/glee club/and orchestra. 2 of started friends , (guitar , glee club) , we're seniors. our choir has 20 members never show @ same time, , orchestra string quartet.

can see arts not huge @ school. want change. have preparations getting boosters, , drumline because amount of drummers in school astounding, , drummer, can teach rudiments, don't have "band" per se.
