Toyota pickup rear end shake?

have 84 toyota pickup 4x4 , yesterday noticed when take off red light or stop in general, shake couple seconds , go away. doesn't when i'm driving or slowing down, when first take off. reason think in rear end because replaced pinion seal yesterday. don't know have done cause i'm thinking maybe tightened tight? don't know. suggestions?
