Commuting Problem, please help...?

moved couple of weeks ago first house apartment , before moved parents said it'd take approx. hour or go university (i'm 1st year) , fine because that's how long would've taken previous location. now, appears it'll take me 2 hours or go there. ride 3 days week station , can go there , whole trip approx 1 hour other 2 days since classes start later , end early, can't ride parents , have 4 hour commute. it's late apply residence since classes start next week told parents many times let me live @ place off campus on rent 300-500$ /month since commuting 2 days week costs me approx $150 anyways. program hard , i'm @ hardest university program need time can get, parents wont let me live there because costs money , shouldn't have since have house. although money isn't issue since can apply more loans, won't listen me , there may other reasons they're not letting me wont' tell me. myabe dont' trust me...who knows. problem need super high gpa or else career screwed , 4 hour commute big stress , waste of tiem someoen needs time can get. please me find solution.
