Good Reader's Theatre pieces?

might try condensed version of 1 of shakespeare's plays. did readers' theater version of shakespeare's troillus , cressida. shakespeare appropriate subject 9th grade required reading in school districts @ level, though schools settle romeo , juliet , kids read or understand it, due 400-year changes in language.
did, aside shortening play, add footnotes scripts helping each reader understand archaic or difficult understand word, phrase or reference. 2 practices, aided our notes, able give highly dramatic presentation went on big not teacher, surprisingly of class, too. several students told first time liked shakespeare.

for our english class our group has been assigned reader's theater (a presentation no memorization, no props , no costumes), need goo piece can not find any. need suggestions.
