aircraft technician person repairs aircraft. depending on engineer speak of mean different things. flight engineer, older aircraft, manages aircraft systems such hydraulics, bleed air, electronics, , charts fuel consumption. person designs aircraft engineer. salaries vary depending on company working for, latter engineer make far.
