Is our congress govt capable of handeling big ticket project?

during nda time there 2 big ticket projects handled perfection .one golden quadral , second prime minister rural road project.

in last upa govt first thing virtualy halt progress of these 2 projects under t.r.balu...secondly anounces 3 big icket project 1 bharat nirman ,and second nrega , third 1 jnurm (jawahar lal nehru urban renewal mission)

lets talk nrega first, looks great on papers , cosy discuss in drawing room leaving no impact on general below poverty line person.actually call waste of tax payers money. not have mechanism , accountability factor how money spent , how goes in hand of needful.
