Infant photography props?

there not new tiny babies, because have totally supported. time of year, can put in large pumpkin or in pile of leaves. (i gather nice leaves rather stick down in dirt. if using real pumpkin, line inside saran wrap , small towel keep cold damp off skin.) surround fall/halloween things. baby age won't afraid of spooky stuff, use grotesque if parents agree, spooky mask or spiky ball , chain. did baby jedi knight few years ago star wars props. anne geddes thing , put in amongst bunch of flowerpots. have nice fluffy set of towels , put sleeping baby atop stack , tie ribbon. et , put in bunch of stuffed animals or dolls. practically scenario allows full support , safety, , not chill tiny body: babies lose heat quickly, either have clothed or photography in warm environment. bouncy seat or boppy pillow make supports. or drape parent in sheet or blanket , use person support mechanism. lighting necessity, won't delve here can google home available light portraits , find suggestions fro using windows, reflectors, or diffusing flash soften light.

so i'm photographing niece (2 months old) , i'm rather new photography. props aren't 'the usual' something, different , not cliche`. (teddy bears, rattlers, etc.!) ideas?
