HELP WITH WIRELESS PRINTER?

hi, first i'll explain setup of network. have netgear router connected 2 computers via wired connection. have laptop connected via wireless connection. have printer connected "main" computer , shared able print both computers , laptop. "main" computer must turned on in order me use printer. printer has problem unrelated need new printer. interested in purchasing wireless printer, canon pixma mp495. want want know is: able print wired computers if dint plug printer them directly i.e. printer run wirelessly 2 computers not.
