Should I accept job offer?

work health insurance company in philadelphia, pa (we'll label job a). got job offer @ mtv in ny (we'll label job b). i'm wondering if it's worth accepting given pros , cons list provided below.

***** job *****
+ working there 1.5 years
+ co-workers great
+ current management relaxed , flexible
+ on-site gym nice perk
+ benefits aren't bad. typical medical, dental, vision, 10 paid holidays (depending on year)
+ 7.5 hr per day (37.5 hr per week) instead of typical 8 hr per day (40 hr per week). typical day 9 - 5 pm, 30 min lunch break.
+ 135 total hrs used either personal, vacation , sick days, breaks down 18 days. we're allowed carry on 37.5 hrs (5 days) of unused time.
+ allowed "buy" 5 days of vacation, unpaid time off. can "return" unused days company , our money back.
~ taking septa bus cheap, takes anywhere 30 - 50 minute commute 1 way due traffic , various bus stops
~ although work isn't boring due various projects, work in different industry.
- company unstable due economy, healthcare reform , pretty huge business venture failed. result, there has been constant internal reorganization, layoffs, employees leaving other jobs , employees taking retirement packages. there supposedly round of layoffs coming june.
- result of above, company's profit margins slim. there no salary increases , 1% bonus given regardless of positive or negative performance review.
- result of stability concerns, work environment isn't greatest , employee morale low
- tuition reimbursement went unlimited annually $3000 annually. :(

***** job b *****
+ mtv! lol. me, it's industry change healthcare media, think enjoy.
+ no official dress code; employees wear jeans, sneakers , t-shirts work everyday unless have meeting w/ clients, upper management, etc
+ typical medical, dental , vision packages, 10 paid holidays
+ every other friday off in summer memorial day through labor day
+ 10 vacation days, 4 personal days , 10 sick days = 24 days off per year. allowed carryover half of unused time long not exceed 10 days.
+ annual 5% bonus target (depending on own performance , company performance). same applies salary increases
+ team , bosses (i met directors, vp , svp) seemed relaxed , easy-going.
+ compared job a, tuition reimbursement $10,000 annually
~ salary isn't looking for, position in ny , couple thousand more make.
~ compared current job, core hours 9:30 - 6:30 pm (8 hour work, 1 hour lunch), can leave if work completed and/or if lunch isn't taken away desk
- travel!! if commute philly, i'm looking @ 2.5 hours 1 way (1/2 hour bus station, 1.5 - 2 hours bus ride ny). i'm looking @ 5 hours spent each day on commuting. looking possibly renting studio stay couple nights of week. typical day me leaving home 6:30, catch bus or train around 7 - 7:30 am, ny 9 - 9:30. assuming leave offices @ 6:30, catch bus/train @ 7 pm, in philly 9 pm , home around 9:30 pm. repeat remaining days of week.
- have 1 year old daughter , traveling or staying in studio in ny result in loss of family time. comprimise, stay in ny mon-thurs. time travel monday morning, thursday night philly , friday , work.
- difference in salary , go right traveling and/or rent in ny.
- no relocation reimbursement

both jobs pretty similar, biggest difference title change. consultant before traveling various cities, traveling @ beginning , end of week expenses paid.

accept want change in industry, open doors other opportunities outside of healthcare. don't know how long i'll last if have travel everday. team , upper management liked me, can't negotiate higher salary or other benefits due budget constraints. if decline, they'll go candidate.

thoughts , suggestions? if need additional details, let me know.
