Please Suggest Speaker /HTIB Logitech Z-5500 or Onkyo HT-S3200?

hi, i'm in situation can't decide above mentioned model in title. i'm india - kolkata, z5500 available onkyo distributors channel.

main criteria 85% of movies mkv file encoded 5.1 sound 15% of music 320kbps mp3 file.

system 2 desktop pc(can deliver 5.1 hd audio onboard) run 40" samsung c550 series tv (have optical audio out+mkv playback usb) main entertainment hub+working hub.

know z-5500 praise pc-ht speaker across globe , there no doubt sub's capability....but hardly found onkyo 3200 or not such praising article in net.

know there many other avr denon or such not available live in, dedicated channel can mange it,but after paying tax+customs it's price go sky high.

please can 1 give me comparison/suggestion between 2.

logtech z-5500 cost :- 17000 inr ,

onkyo ht-s3200 cost :- 22000 25000 inr.
