Is it a good idea to start a small business in Florida?

i'm in florida, real estate in gutter, improving homes have, rather buying new one.

would better installaion of accessories, sound systems, remote syncs, etc. rather sale of them in brick , mortar.

think "mobile truck" includes accessories, , somehwere safe keep parked @ night, installation.

if walmart or target don't have accessory, find online.

sound advice used place go until best buy took over.

in particular know, how small businesses (ie: tv shops , electronics computers , tv accessories) sell in business market right now.
