Really sick and my commute to school is making me worse and worse, what do I do?

have serious problem. experiencing never ending sickness. coughing whole lot. nose little runny here , there, nothing serious. coughing getting serious, i've been coughing causing me throw whatever eat. notice on weekends start better, due 2 hour commute school (i walk 15 minutes outside, wait train, walk 20 minutes school, repeat steps backwards on way home), start worse , worse week goes on. starting effect life since has been going on 3 weeks now, , want better. can do?

oh btw, school wont allow me take more sick days. because took 2 days off when first got sick, because couldnt out of bed @ first. took day off last week. pretty strict sick days, i've been taken down dean of schools office discuss why i've been sick, , told me expects 100% attendance me, if sick.
