Sending College Application to Parsons School of Design or other art schools in NY as an international student?

student europe interested in attending art , design school (college) in new york city. have looked @ parsons school of design , got interested. went u.s before exchange student junior year in high school, know language pretty well.

questions is:
- chances of getting in international student?
- cost attend college in nyc 4 years?
- possible financial aid or scholarship international student? how much?
- suggest other colleges parsons?
