Can I use my photography skill while film making?

pretty same rules apply. cinematography moving photography. same rules of composition apply. same lighting rules. make sure whole bunch of camera angles. instead of 1 shot, you'll want five. other that, you're doing fine. trust eyes, they'll make shot right.

tip, if have editing software in can color correct, keep raw footage close neutral colors possible. can shift color more ease , control when bring footage post-production. if don't have color correction, disreguard , manipulate lights best color possible. screen tests in upload footage sure color correct. won't able tell on small screen or view-finder.

we making short 10 minute indie-film ..i don't have knowledge , experience cinematography know rules of photography.

doing fine?.. or need learn more little bit of cinematography?
