What are some really good boat cover brands?

have 16ft runabout open bow. having difficulty finding boat cover wont tear on our window weight of water , snow. have tried propping center of cover, pole, makes tears also.
tired of spending hundreds on boat covers tear before year of use. can point in right direction? have overtons catalog, there many chose from!
also, can use keep water , ice collecting in first place?
