Should the USA take lessons from Canada in politics?

canada:
canada safe, clean, friendly, , more peaceful , internationally-acclaimed usa according statistical surveys , united nations human development index, ranks canada higher us.

not canadian (i'm american) canada lot , want america have more in common canadians. otherwise may want move canada quality of life better , live longer , healthier.

things benefit canada has , not:

1) universal healthcare: usa benefit universal healthcare public option have in canada healthcare free everybody.

2) legalize harvested hemp - think usa should legalize processing of hemp seeds , if increases risk of legal marijuana here , there, what? why terrible crime high?

3) lower drinking age 18-19 instead of 21:
in canada, drinking age in ontario 19 , in quebec 18. why can't lowered 21 in usa learn earlier on drink responsibly instead of having have thing called fake ids, waste of prison space. in canada, not worries.

4) become mosaic, not melting pot:
in usa, melting pot assimilation; coerced assimilate 1 capitalist culture, instead of embracing mosaic of international immigrant cultures.
why can't usa embrace diversity way canada does? in canada, diversity celebrated , there no forced assimilation.

5) become bilangual country (english , spanish)
in canada, there 2 official languages (english , french) , in usa, why can't (english , spanish) since have large numbers of mexicans in southwestern united states? why can't sing our national anthem in spanish , english, , make bilangual constitution well? instead of english only?

6) engage in wars when nation threatened directly:
in canada, rule of thumb not engage in war unless nation being threatened. canadians therefore did not engage in unnecessary iraq war. why can't have same principle before taking on wars? wars expensive , better spent on better education our children.
why did fight in iraq, persian gulf war, vietnam, , korean war? did these wars save our country attack?

7) eliminate hand gun ownership - safer society:
due hand gun ownership, americans can shot drive-by shootings, kinds of violent crimes due guns. in canada, hand guns not legal , crime rate much lower. why can't eliminate gun ownership in america , work on public safety nobody needs gun? more people have guns, more want use them, more violent our society becomes.

8) consider more 2-party political system:
why can't have multi-party system canadians have?

9) eliminate prison sentencing tax evasion:
why go prison in america tax evasion? canada has no prison failure pay taxes, instead experience bad credit, more sane. or have property seized think, no tax prison.

10) provide healthier benefits women in workplace:
why can't have one-year maternity leave in work place women? can go on , on.

11) legalize same sex marriage constitutional amendment:
has been done in canada long before done here

other things can make usa more canada?

if not, not mind moving canada, why not more canadian-like?
